Multi-disciplined in a broad set of EPM tools, Jennifer focuses on helping our clients establish a strategic plan for executing performance management solutions. She guides clients through prioritizing goals and gaining consensus on organizational change. Jennifer leads our Infor Practice.
In prior roles at BearingPoint and Baker Tilly, she implemented solutions for BI, data warehousing, budgeting, planning and forecasting, and ERP. She has an Accounting degree from Oakland University.
VITO BZDEL, CPA

A founding Partner, Vito has more than two decades’ experience executing and advising for the office of Finance and Accounting. Vito’s experience includes the development and execution of strategic plans, streamlining FP&A processes, maturing reporting and analysis capabilities, and reducing reporting times for consolidated financial results.
Prior to founding CFO Solutions, Vito was SVP/CFO of Zurich Financial Services, VP/Controller for Texaco’s Bermuda operations, and Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen. He has an Accounting degree from UMass, an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass, and is a CPA.
JON COPPI

Jon is driven to help our clients break down barriers to effective business intelligence by finding solutions for complex data modeling and integrations. He assists clients with finding the right technology to suit the business need and is engaged in thoughtful dialogue with end users to enhance adoption of new technologies.
Prior to joining CFO Solutions, Jon had a legacy of management consulting and advisory services with American Express, BearingPoint, PWC and Arthur Andersen. Jon has an Accounting degree from Bentley University.

Tactical and methodical, Jennifer helps clients execute their vision. Jennifer draws from her prior experience as a client implementing an EPM solution to empathize with the challenges and goals our clients seek to resolve. Jennifer leads our Planful (formerly Host Analytics) Practice.
Prior to joining CFO Solutions, Jennifer had more than 20 years’ experience in Corporate Finance with Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer has a Finance degree from Miami University.
BART SCOTT

A founding Partner, Bart is disciplined in establishing the underlying structures that support end-to-end business intelligence solutions. From sizing and planning infrastructure to implementing integrations and data staging, Bart helps clients create the right technology framework to deliver information across the organization.
Prior to founding CFO Solutions, Bart managed engagements for Comshare and Geac and was IT Director for Lender’s Services Corporation. Bart has a Computer Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
SEAN SOUZA

Sean is passionate about integrating technology-based solutions with functional process optimization to enhance the finance function. He combines technology, process and project management expertise with broad finance experience to implement best practice solutions in complex, global environments.
Prior to founding CFO Solutions, Sean provided auditing and consulting services with Arthur Andersen. Sean has an Accounting degree from Babson College.
SHAUN ZELDES

With more than a decade dedicated to Oracle EPM solutions and an early adopter of OneStream’s CPM suite, Shaun delivers enterprise solutions for Accounting and Finance. He specializes in blueprint deployments for complex, international enterprises, championing efficiency, consistency, and speed to deployment. Shaun leads our OneStream Practice.
Prior to joining CFO Solutions, Shaun delivered Oracle-Hyperion solutions for Deloitte’s global clients. Shaun has a Management Information Systems degree from Oakland University.
